Horror, Women directing
Following an accident in his home country, ex-soldier Tomaz returns to London that eventually leaves him homeless. A nun connects with Tomaz and offers him a place to stay at a local family. He meets Magda, who is living alone with her mother in a decaying house and is in desperate need of help. Tomaz reluctantly moves in and eventually begins to loosen up and work on improvements around the house to earn his keep. As Tomaz worms his way in their routines, he starts to notice unexplainable occurrences around the house. Something seems wrong with the mysterious old woman who never leaves the top floor, and he cannot ignore the suspicion that something sinister is going on.
